This big boy is built for the entire family. It easily handles four full sized adults, maybe even five if it's one of "those" kinda trips. The Penthouse XL is made from 420D poly with a raised 200D poly fly. The travel/roof cover is 1000D PVC heat sealed waterproof material. Tent frame and ladders are aluminum with stainless steel brackets. Features: dual entrance at each end with mesh zips and awnings, large side openings with removable mesh zips and awnings and 4 interior storage pockets. This big chunk of wow includes a comfortable mattress with removable cover, adjustable mounting rails with adjustable stainless steel brackets, tool kit for install, two telescopic ladders and a waterproof travel/roof cover. It also comes with a removable interior separation wall to make you feel like your in a 2-bedroom apartment. All tents come with telescopic ladder system. Each ladders holds just over 300LBS and extends to 8ft with multiple locking points for easy adjustment.
